These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pawkt platform operated by Immerce Stark Technologies Pvt Limited ("Pawkt", "we", "us").

1. Service description

Pawkt is a B2B SaaS platform providing pet-care businesses with CRM, bookings, POS, invoicing, payments, inventory, memberships, loyalty, reporting and related tools.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate business and account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Business & customer responsibility

You are responsible for lawful use of the platform, the data you and your staff enter, and obtaining any consents required to process your customers' information.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in INR and renew automatically until cancelled. See our Pricing and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and configuring appropriate role-based access for your staff.

7. Intellectual property

Pawkt and its software, trademarks and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your business data remains yours.

8. Third-party integrations

The platform may integrate third-party services (including payment providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance.

10. Suspension / termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawkt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

12. Changes

We may update the platform and these terms; material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
