This Privacy Policy explains how Immerce Stark Technologies Pvt Limited ("Pawkt") processes information in connection with the Pawkt platform.

• Business account information.
• Staff account information.
• Your customers' and pets' information that you enter to run your business.
• Booking, invoice and transaction records.
• Payment-related references and status.
• Device, browser and usage/analytics information.

Payment data

Pawkt does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or other sensitive payment credentials. Card/UPI payments are processed by Razorpay. Pawkt retains only non-sensitive references needed for reconciliation.

Why we collect information

To provide and operate the platform, process subscriptions, provide support, ensure security, and improve the service.

Data security

We use access controls, tenant isolation and encryption in transit.

Third-party service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, communications and payments under appropriate obligations. Payments are handled by Razorpay under its own terms.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
